The shoulderstand cycle rotates through more than one repetition of the shoulderstand – plow – bridge sequence. This video demonstrates two rounds of the cycle. The first time through without variations, the second time through with variations of the candle for shoulderstand, the plow in prayer, and the bridge with leg lifts. This is an intermediate to advanced sequence, for people who already have a moderate to strong yoga practice. Demonstrated by Ruth. Camera: Nanda. Speaker: Sita.
